1) It is best to come to your yoga practice with an empty stomach; avoid meals or snacks at least 2 hrs prior to each practice.
2) Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class starts.
3) Practice is discouraged during pregnancy unless with the help and constant guidance of an experienced instructor and in consultation with your doctor.
4) Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes; T-shirts or vests, and leggings or track bottoms are best. Avoid wearing all-in-one outfits.
5) Concerntrate on breathing and the limbs or organs being stimulate by the postures.
6) Under own practice, do a warm-up session before each practice. Don’t do difficult postures without instructor’s guidance.
